FAQ

what should i wear?

Your preparation guide will include photo-friendly wardrobe tips!

when will i get my photos?

About 2.5 weeks. We’ll send your preview gallery in about one week, and you’ll have a few days to select your final photos. Then, one week later you’ll receive your final photos. If you need images sooner, we can arrange a rush delivery for an additional fee.

Is Hair & MakeUp INcluded?

Currently it is not included in the package, as many clients prefer to do their own, but we can recommend local hair/makeup artists!

will you photoshop my images?

Final images include a natural retouching polish, from flyaways to blemishes. This excludes extensive cosmetic editing or completely modifying elements of the photo.

can i add a few group shots? bring props? hold my products?

This package is for headshots of one person only. If you’d like group photos, custom portraits or a brand shoot, shoot us a note to take a look at other packages.

can i purchase extra photos?

Yes! You can select extra photos from you preview gallery for $75/photo.

what if i need to cancel? reschedule?

Please book only when you are 100% sure you can join. You can cancel up to five business days prior for a full refund, or up to 48 hours prior for 50% refund. Within 48 hours of shoot, we unfortunately cannot provide refunds.
